TV news station News 25 gave a good report on what happened Thursday after Victoria police called in a bomb squad.
It turns out that a man, 54-year-old Joshua (I don't know the spelling of his last name), tried to drop off packages at the federal post office across the street. After his packages weren't accepted, he then went to Victoria Police Department station near Church and Main streets.
